How to reach us and what to include.



Email [support@cheapaimodel.ai](mailto:support@cheapaimodel.ai) from the address you sign in with. Replies to our notification emails reach the same inbox.

To help us answer quickly, include:

* the request ID from the `X-Oneapi-Request-Id` header or the error message,
* the endpoint and model you called,
* the time of the request, with time zone.

Never send your full API key. The first and last few characters are enough to identify it.
