Email support@cheapaimodel.ai from the address you sign in with. Replies to our notification emails reach the same inbox.

To help us answer quickly, include:

• the request ID from the X-Oneapi-Request-Id header or the error message,
• the endpoint and model you called,
• the time of the request, with time zone.

Never send your full API key. The first and last few characters are enough to identify it.
